Nike Must Reveal Other Workers’ Names in Sex Bias Class Case

A group of women accusing Nike Inc. of pay, promotion, and other sex bias on a classwide basis can learn the names of other current and former employees who complained of workplace discrimination while working in its Oregon headquarters, a federal court in that state ruled.
