Nexstar Media Sues Over NLRB Constitutionality in Federal Court

Nexstar Media Inc. sued the National Labor Relations Board for alleged violations of the US Constitution to block the agency’s unfair labor practice case against the company.

The television broadcaster became the latest company to raise constitutional objections to fundamental aspects of the NLRB’s structure with its lawsuit filed in US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on Tuesday.
