Green-Lantern Inn Inc. and Pullman Associates LLC, will pay $60,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sex discrimination lawsuit regarding allegations at Mr. Dominic’s in Rochester, N.Y., the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced Tuesday.
Female employees at the Mr. Dominic’s were allegedly subjected to a hostile working environment by a male head chef and kitchen manager and faced retaliation after reporting the chef’s conduct, according to the agency.
