New Work Suits: PayPal Faces Age, Race, Disability Bias Claims

PayPal Inc. refused to accommodate a former cybersecurity consultant’s disability and fired him because of his age and Pakistani descent, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.

The case is one of 466 labor and employment lawsuits initiated between Jan. 6 and 12, the pace picking up from the 303 filings of the New Year’s holiday week.
