New Work Suits: Northrop Grumman Engineer Alleges Race Bias

Northrop Grumman Corp. faces a race and national origin bias lawsuit filed by a black engineer of Nigerian descent who says he was underpaid, didn’t receive proper training, and was wrongfully terminated.

The lawsuit is among about 437 new labor and employment cases filed in federal courts March 3-9, down from 465 the previous week.
