New Work Suits: Black, Gay Foot Locker Worker Alleges Harassment

Foot Locker Inc. subjected a black manager trainer and former market leader to sexual harassment and discriminated against her on the basis of sexual orientation, race, and gender, according to the lawsuit she filed.

The case is among about 436 labor and employment lawsuits filed in federal courts May 26-June 1, a drop from 530 the previous week.
