A New Mexico personal injury law firm nabbed an early win on one claim in a former assistant’s wide-ranging sex and pregnancy discrimination lawsuit.
Parnall Law Firm LLC showed that the ex-assistant didn’t exhaust her administrative remedies for her claim that the terms of a separation agreement interfered with her rights, the US District Court for the District of New Mexico said. But neither side can get summary judgment on allegations that the worker faced pregnancy discrimination, the Monday opinion said.
