New Labor Board Counsel Replaces Second-in-Command

The National Labor Relations Board’s new top prosecutor has begun reshuffling senior staff in his office, which functions as the board’s chief enforcement arm.

Peter Robb, a Trump appointee, named John W. Kyle his deputy general counsel early in the new year. Kyle replaces Jennifer Abruzzo, who served in the same role during the Obama administration.
