A New Jersey hotel operator repeatedly violated federal labor law in a sustained union-busting campaign, after taking over the property from a company that committed unfair labor practices in a bid to oust a union, a National Labor Relations Board judge ruled.
Fairfield Parsippany LLC is liable for its own labor law violations as well as those of its predecessor, JSK Parsippany LLC, Administrative Law Judge Susannah Merritt held in her Tuesday ruling.
