The Homeland Security subagency that administers employment-based visas and other immigration benefits will get a new temporary leader beginning next month.
Andrew Davidson will take over as deputy director and acting director at US Citizenship and Immigration Services Feb. 9. The current acting USCIS chief, Jennifer B. Higgins, will move to a new role within the Department of Homeland Security, according to an internal email to the agency’s staff obtained by Bloomberg Law.
