Nevada Brothel Can Query 9th Cir. on Prostitute Job Bias Rights

Nevada’s Chicken Ranch brothel can ask the Ninth Circuit whether federal law banning race discrimination in employment applies to two Black prostitutes who say they were harassed, retaliated against, and otherwise denied equal job rights, a district court said.

The two women propose to represent themselves and a class of similarly situated workers in the suit.
