A Chinese-owned autoglass plant in Ohio beset by labor strife, federal lawsuits, and myriad safety violations is facing a whole new level of public scrutiny—a Netflix documentary.

Millions of Netflix viewers beginning today will get a peek into the Moraine, Ohio-based Fuyao Glass America Inc. plant—the world’s largest—elevating the profile of a fractious workplace that’s made countless headlines in Ohio as Chinese managers seek to run a manufacturing shop in the heart of the organized-labor Midwest.
