Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. must face a newly certified class of more than 100 employees in California who say they weren’t paid overtime or for all accrued and vested vacation time.
Two subclasses of Nationwide commercial claims adjusters were certified Wednesday on their state-law claims by Judge John A. Mendez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, following a Feb. 25 hearing.
