The National Labor Relations Board announced the appointment of five new regional directors, strengthening the ability of the general counsel’s office to bring complaints against employers and unions that violate federal labor law.
Laura Sacks, Elizabeth Kerwin, Iva Choe, Andrea Wilkes, and Suzanne Sullivan will fill vacant positions in Boston, Detroit, Cleveland, St. Louis, and Newark, N.J., respectively. All are longtime NLRB employees.
