A former X Corp. executive must arbitrate his wrongful termination suit because the company didn’t forfeit its right to compel arbitration after repeatedly objecting to paying fees for a private proceeding, a New Jersey federal judge ruled.
Judge Brian Martinotti of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey on Wednesday granted X owner Elon Musk and advisor Steve Davis’s request to dismiss the case due to lack of jurisdiction and because Alan Rosa’s allegations are against the actions of the company, not individuals.
