Move ESG Retirement Rule Lawsuit to Different Court, DOL Says

A lawsuit by more than two dozen Republican state attorneys general seeking to curtail the US Labor Department’s recently implemented do-good retirement investment rule was incorrectly brought in a North Texas federal court as plaintiffs shopped for a friendly forum, according to a new motion filed by the agency.
