Joshua Garcia joined Morrison Cohen as a partner in its digital assets practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Garcia’s practice focuses on securities, commodities, lending, consumer protection and payments, and he has worked with multibillion-dollar token issuers, AI and crypto developers, state and federal banks, capital markets operators, and centralized exchanges, custodians, market makers and venture capital funds. He has also advised US state legislatures and the State Bank of Pakistan on digital assets policy, the firm said.
He joins from Ketsal PLLC.
