Morgan Stanley Wins Limit on Discovery Black Workers Seek

Morgan Stanley & Co. convinced a federal judge in Manhattan to scale back a request three Black employees made in their bias case for production of certain teaming, account distribution, and training studies and to narrow subpoenas they served on the company’s former diversity monitors.
