Marcus Wu joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
Wu represents private and public companies in the design, implementation, and administration of retirement and deferred compensation plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements. He also advises on equity compensation programs, health and welfare benefit plans, and severance programs, and counsels clients on compliance under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, the firm said.
He joins from Pillsbury.
