Molina Healthcare Settles Worker’s Medical Leave Bias Lawsuit

Molina Healthcare of Ohio Inc. and a former employee who said she was illegally denied medical leave necessitated by workplace bullying settled her lawsuit, federal court records in Ohio show.

The company and Abby Knaup “reported this case settled,” the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio said in an order filed Monday. The court directed Molina and Knaup to file a stipulation of dismissal within 30 days or request an extension of time to do so.

Terms of the settlement weren’t included in the court record.
