Modis, Philadelphia End IT Contractor’s Disability Bias Suit

A former IT contractor, Modis Inc., a subsidiary of The Adecco Group, and Philadelphia asked a federal court to dismiss the contractor’s disability bias lawsuit with prejudice.

Robert Pickney’s counsel and the defendants filed a joint stipulation to dismiss the suit in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Wednesday. None of the parties immediately responded to Bloomberg Law’s requests for comment, so it is unclear if they settled.
