The Jamaican model who unsuccessfully sued Donald Trump’s modeling agency is continuing to pursue her case before the Labor Department, her attorney said April 8.
Alexia Palmer, who worked for Trump Model Management LLC on an H-1B highly skilled guestworker visa, claimed she was promised $75,000 per year but only was paid a total of $3,380 over the course of three years.
