The MLB Network is facing a suit in the District of New Jersey by an employee who alleged she was fired for contesting the network’s denial of her request for paid sick leave.
Plaintiff Meredith Greene was employed by the network as a makeup artist for on-air guests at its Secaucus, N.J., headquarters.
