Mississippi College Escapes Most of Law Director’s Bias Suit

The former director of Mississippi College’s advocacy program who was allegedly terminated after raising concerns about discrimination to the ABA saw the majority of her gender, age, and race bias suit dismissed.

Victoria Lowery Leech’s age, race, and equal pay claims were dismissed because she failed to exhaust administrative remedies or provide sufficient allegations, the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi ruled Tuesday.
