Minnesota would require employers to include pay ranges in job postings as part of a sweeping labor bill headed to the governor that also touches on minimum wage, child labor, and workplace safety for health-care staff.
The bill (SF 3852) would apply the new pay transparency mandate to businesses with 30 or more employees. The Senate and House gave their final approvals to the bill on May 13 and on Wednesday, respectively, after sending it to conference committee to resolve their earlier differences.
