Mexico, US Close Aludyne Automotive Case Under USMCA Mechanism

Mexico’s government said in a statement it has reached an agreement with the US to close case of Aludyne Automotive Mexico City under the USMCA Facility-Specific rapid response labor mechanism.

  • Case involved an alleged denial of rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining at Aludyne Automotive México City, located in Mexico City
  • Company took measures during investigation and now its workers “have better conditions to assert their labor rights, especially those related to freedom of association and collective bargaining:” statement
