A Pennsylvania metal company illegally failed to bring back union workers after their two-year strike ended, a National Labor Relations Board judge ruled.
Langeloth Metallurgical Co. violated federal labor law by refusing to reinstate some former strikers, and delaying offers to others, after a United Auto Workers ended the strike in 2021, Administrative Law Judge Sarah Karpinen held Wednesday.
