Merck Sales Reps Certified in Gender Pay Gap Case

Female sales representatives for Merck & Co. won conditional certification to proceed as a nationwide Equal Pay Act collective action with their claims that the company pays women less than men in similarly situated positions (Smith v. Merck & Co., 2016 BL 133920, D.N.J., 3:13-cv-02970, collective conditionally certified 4/27/16).
