Medtronic can’t shake a sex discrimination lawsuit filed by a male former top seller.

Joshua Boyd said he was disciplined and fired from his management role after the CEO announced an initiative to move more women into leadership roles at the medical technology giant. The company could only do that by expanding the management pool or firing some men, he said.
