McKinsey & Co. will end its lawsuit against a former senior partner and shareholder after he agreed to turn over any of the company’s trade secrets and confidential information in his possession.
Parker Shi worked in McKinsey Digital, a practice group that advises clients on the application of technology and advanced analytics, according to the company’s complaint. He worked on key industry sectors including insurance, consumer products, and pharmaceutical and medical products, with access to “a veritable treasure trove of materials containing confidential and proprietary information,” McKinsey said.
Shi left to lead rival Accenture’s North America Information Technology strategy practice. ...
