McDonald’s $2 Million California Worker Wage Deal Wins Final Nod

McDonald’s Restaurants of California Inc. and more than 5,400 workers who say they received inaccurate wage statements secured final approval for their $2 million settlement from a federal judge in California.

The workers’ deal with the fast food chain will provide $560,000 in attorneys’ fees for class counsel Diversity Law Group PC; Law Offices of Choi & Associates; Hollister, Calif.-based Bill Marder; and Los Angeles-based Dennis Hyun,, the US District Court for the Eastern District of California said.
