Mayorkas Created Perception of Impropriety
In EB-5 Cases at USCIS, DHS OIG Concludes

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services employees were reasonable to believe that former USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas gave preferential treatment to a small handful of politically powerful stakeholders in the EB-5 program, the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General concluded March 24.
