ManTech International Stops Whistleblowers’ Trafficking Claim

ManTech International Corp. defeated whistleblowers’ claim that the company defrauded the US Army by engaging in human trafficking while billing the agency under a vehicle contract.

ManTech convinced the US District Court for the District of Columbia to grant it summary judgment in the whistleblowers’ nearly 10-year False Claims Act suit, according to an Aug. 29 order. Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s opinion is under seal.
