AmeriHealth Caritas Services LLC and service coordinators who say it failed to pay them overtime received court approval for a $2.5 million deal resolving their wage-and-hour suit.
The settlement covers more than 200 Pennsylvania health care service coordinators who allegedly didn’t receive overtime pay despite working more than 40 hours per week, according to documents filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Judge Wendy Beetlestone signed off on the deal Thursday.
