Male USPS Worker’s Sex Harassment Lawsuit Survives Dismissal Bid

A male US Postal Service employee who says he faced retaliation after a female manager sexually harassed him defeated the agency’s attempt to nix his claims, a federal judge said.

The worker fixed a previous complaint with new details about the extent of the alleged harassment and the discipline he faced after he spoke up, which is enough to get his sexually hostile work environment and retaliation claims to the next stage, the US District court for the Central District of California said Wednesday.
