A medical market research company that alleged its former employees took its clients to start a new business failed to show that the competitors posed a significant threat to its business, a federal district court in Washington said Monday.

M3 USA Corp. sued two of its former employees and the company they now work for, Medical Mile Research LLC. M3 alleged the employees violated a non-solicitation and non-compete agreement and are using the company’s confidential business information.
