The ride-sharing company will appeal Judge Indira Talwani’s May 22 order refusing to stay the case, according to a notice filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
The court’s consideration of the matter doesn’t interfere with the pending appeal or harm Lyft, Talwani ruled.
