LSU Board Lawyers Must Revise Sex Bias Suit, Return Pay Study

Two attorneys who allege Louisiana State University underpaid them as in-house lawyers because they are women and fired them in retaliation for demanding equal pay must amend their lawsuit and return some of the documents the suit is based on, the Eastern District of Louisiana ruled.
