Lowe’s Faces N.Y. Manual Worker’s Class Claim Over Biweekly Pay

A Lowe’s Home Centers LLC customer service employee who performs some physical tasks may proceed for now with would-be class claims that the company violated New York law by paying manual workers every two weeks instead of every week, a federal court in the state ruled.
