Manpower, a top staffing agency, and Kuehne + Nagel, a global logistics company, were hit with a lawsuit alleging they owe hundreds of workers employed at a Louis Vuitton warehouse in California unpaid wages for mandatory off-the-clock security and temperature checks.
The proposed class and collective action was brought by Troy Crossley, who worked at the Louis Vuitton Distribution Center in Ontario, Calif., against Manpower US Inc. and Kuehne + Nagel Inc. on behalf of similarly situated workers.
