Lord & Taylor Settles Sales Associate’s Wage Lawsuit

Lord & Taylor will pay a former sales associate $50,000 to settle her overtime wage suit, after a federal judge in New York signed off on the settlement.

Susannah Mulhearn worked as a sales associate in the ladies shoe department of Lord & Taylor’s department store in Scarsdale.
