Lone Wolf Resources LLC, an environmental remediation and construction services company, will pay $50,000 to settle a race discrimination lawsuit in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday.
The agency alleged that management at the Jacksonville location referred to Black employees using racial slurs and fired a Black employee after he complained about being denied an annual performance evaluation and raise.
