Live Nation Worldwide Inc. and members of the band blink-182 shook off a lawsuit by a security employee who was blinded in his left eye when he was kicked in the face by a female crowdsurfer at a concert, an Ohio federal court said.
The band was the headliner for an Aug. 9, 2016, concert at Blossom Music Center, an outdoor Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, amphitheater operated by Live Nation.
