An asthmatic worker who claimed Learning Care Group failed to accommodate her when it refused to let her work from home, even though her newly renovated office continued to cause her breathing issues, has settled and dropped her lawsuit, Michigan federal court records show.
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan signed a stipulated order of dismissal between the child-care and education company and Saundra Freeman Tuesday. The parties reached a mediated settlement before a magistrate judge, according to the case docket.
