Three women suing their Connecticut employer for alleged pay and other bias are barred from using at trial a surreptitious recording of their boss because they failed to timely disclose the tape during discovery, a federal judge ruled.

Patricia Black, Ashley Platt, and Shawn Danielson were required under the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut’s special discovery rules to turn over the recording to New England Computer Services Inc. “early in the case,” Judge Jeffrey A.
