Lawmakers Urge NLRB to Probe Apple Labor Violation Claims (1)

House Democrats affiliated with the Congressional Labor Caucus are urging the National Labor Relations Board to investigate alleged anti-union activity by Apple Inc. after the tech giant announced it would close its first unionized store.

About 54 Democrats signed onto a letter sent Thursday to NLRB General Counsel Crystal Carey asking her to look into claims that the company is violating its collective bargaining agreement by failing to make a good-faith effort to relocate workers at the Towson, Md., store.
