The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs is expected to establish a five-year moratorium on its enforcement activities involving medical providers that participate in TRICARE, the Defense Department’s health care program for active and retired military members, Rep. Tim Walberg (R.-Mich.) announced March 13 during a House subcommittee hearing.
