Ross Allardice jumped to Latham & Watkins as a partner in its M&A and private equity practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.
Allardice, who joins from White & Case, advises private equity houses, financial sponsors, and their portfolio companies on cross-border transactions, according to Latham. His practice spans healthcare and life sciences, financial services, business services, and technology sectors, the firm said.
