Las Vegas Workers Approve Labor Deal With Caesars Entertainment

Las Vegas hospitality workers ratified a five-year labor agreement with Caesars Entertainment Inc. on Monday, securing raises and protections against artificial intelligence and automation.

The deal with Culinary Workers Union Local 226 covers 10,000 Caesars employees. It reinstates daily hotel room cleaning, reversing a pandemic-era trend nationwide that resulted in job cuts. The contract also provides advance warning of new technology in the workplace and expanded strike rights.
