The Las Vegas Grand Prix has reached a deal with labor leaders to allow Formula One pit building workers to vote on unionization.
The neutrality agreement paves the way for the workers to vote via card-check whether they want to be represented by the Culinary Workers Union, the parties said Tuesday. A card-check election is an informal process where the company recognizes a union once a majority of workers indicate they want to be represented by signing cards or filling out an online survey.
